Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

EBMG exists to make financial and tax decisions clearer. That is worth very little if the material cannot be reached, so we treat accessibility as part of whether the work is any good rather than as an extra.

What we do

The site is built to work with a keyboard alone, to keep a visible focus indicator, to label every form field properly, and to describe images that carry meaning. Headings follow a real order so a screen reader can move through a page by structure rather than by guessing.

We hold running text to combinations that carry enough contrast to be read comfortably. Our gold and our silver are used for accents, rules and field markers, never for body text, because neither carries enough contrast against ivory to be read at length.

If a document we send you is hard to use in the format it arrives in, tell us and we will send it in another one. That applies to anything we produce, including letters, summaries and reports.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA, and we check against it as we build rather than only at the end.

Where we know we fall short

This is an honest list rather than a complete one. Some documents we publish or send as PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Some third party tools we rely on, including our client portal, scheduling and electronic signature services, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Where we find a gap we fix it rather than document it and move on.

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need material in a different format, email support@myebmg.com and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply, and if you need something in another format we will get it to you rather than ask you to wait for a fix.
